📦 Shipping & Delivery
  • When will I receive my order?
    Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery across the UK takes 7–15 business days.
  • Why did my order arrive in multiple parcels?
    We use multiple fulfilment partners to speed up dispatch. Items may arrive separately, but all will arrive safely.
  • What if my order does not arrive?
    If your parcel is missing 15 business days after shipment, email contact@baby-yourway.com so we can investigate with the courier.
  • Do you ship outside the UK?
    No. To provide the best possible service, YOURWAY currently focuses exclusively on serving families within the United Kingdom.
🛍️ Orders & Returns
  • Can I cancel or modify my order?
    We process orders fast. Contact us immediately, as we cannot make changes once a UK shipment has left our warehouse.
  • What if I change my mind about my purchase?
    Under UK law, you have 14 days from delivery to request a standard return. Items must be completely unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • What if my item arrives damaged or develops a fault?
    In strict accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item arrives defective or develops a manufacturing fault, you have up to 30 days to report it. Email contact@baby-yourway.com with your order number, a brief description, and a clear photo or video so we can arrange a priority replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
  • How do tracking numbers work?
    A tracking link is automatically emailed to you the moment your parcel is dispatched.
